COMPANY PROFILE
Our Brown Fused Alumina Plant has one 4000 KAV Fixed Furnace, and two 5000 KAV Tilting Furnaces, which can produce at least 3000 MT Brown Fused Alumina and 1000 MT Ferro Silicon Lump per month.
We have 2 full lines for Crushing & Sieving process. We have Jaw Crusher, Roller Crusher, Ball Mill, Barmaq, Raymond Mill, and Sieving lines which can provide any size as customer requires. We introduced a production line of Calcined Brown Fused Alumina, which enables us to have the ability of producing 2000 tons of Calcine - Bluefired BFA per month.

Our quality control system:
1)To test chemical contents continuously during smelting procedure 2)To intervene in the formation of crystal of corundum during ingot's cooling procedure 3)To intervene in the shape of corundum grains during crushing procedure 4)To have tests about chemical contents and size distribution before packing the material and ex-factoryWe have two laboratories that can do the physical and chemical testing of corundum, and we can also make the particle size distribution of the powder.
