Black Fused Alumina

Raw material and process of production:
Black Fused Alumina has good features as high hardness, strong tenacity, better bonding ability and hydrophilicity, giving less heat, good self-sharpening, smooth surface and high finish. It's suitable for polishing various spare parts such as bicycles, sewing-machine, hard metal tools,medical apparatus, example,fiber-reinforced cutting wheels, grinding wheels, sand cloth, paper and paste.

APPLICATION:
Resin cutting disk Mixing 30% - 50% black corundum into brown corundum can enhance the disk’s sharpness and smooth finish, ease surface discoloration and increase price/performance ratio.
Polishing stainless steel tableware Polishing stainless steel tableware with black corundum grit and micropowder can achieve uniform color and hardly to burn the surface.
Wear-resistant anti slippery surface Using black corundum section sand instead of black silicon carbide to pave wear-resistant anti skid road, bridge, parking floor not only meet the actual demands but also has higher price/performance ratio.
Sandblasting Black corundum grit is used as blasting media for surface decontamination,pipeline cleaning,hull-rust and Jean cloth sandblasting.
Abrasive belt and Muti-leaf wheel The mixture of black and brown corundum can be made into abrasive cloth and then into abrasive belt and multi-leaf wheel for polish application.
Fiber wheel Black corundum grit or micropowder is suitable in the manufacturing of fiber wheel for workpiece grinding and polishing.
Polishing wax Black corundum micropowder can also be made into a variety polishing wax for fine polishing.
